2: on november 6, 2022, zhao posted on twitter about the liquidation of binance’s ftt position. less than a week later, ftx filed for bankruptcy protection. brady and bundchen served as ambassadors for ftx after taking equity stakes in the company in june 2021.

3: binance liquidated its entire ftt position, causing ftx to file for bankruptcy protection. o’leary, at the senate committee on banking, housing, and urban affairs hearing in december, called binance a “massive, unregulated monopoly,” alleging that binance purposely caused ftx to collapse. ftx catastrophically collapsed before going public.
